What do I do beyond “going somewhere pretty and taking pretty pictures”?

Your day should be SO much more based on the experience and memories than JUST getting pretty images. This is your celebration of love, not just a photoshoot. We plan out a one-of-a-kind customized adventure. I take on the role of a planner as well. Here’s how I help you have a kickass day:

1. Helping you EVERY step of the way! This ain’t my first elopement rodeo- I’m here to help. We create a fully customized itinerary/plan for the day that we collaborate on crafting.

2. Location suggestions since the mountains of Canmore, Banff, and Kananaskis are my backyard- I have a million suggestions + hidden gems. There are places as gorgeous as Moraine Lake without the crowds so you don’t have to feel like a sardine in a can during your day. Whether we’re planning an overnight backpacking adventure or opting for a laidback accessible spot, I provide my private locations list along with personalized suggestions.

3. Peer pressuring you to have fun + customize your day. I encourage you and inspire you with ideas for what we can incorporate into your day. With elopements, we have an incredible amount of flexibility to do whatever the shit we want. Past examples: canoe paddle, arcade, brewery tour, playing on a giant inflatable flamingo in the water, helicopter ride, picnic, dance party with my boombox, roasting marshmallows over a fire, hiking, getting tattoos, watergun fight, tobogganing, and stargazing.

4. Logistical guidance such as permits or park passes needed can be tricky to figure out but I gotchu, boo. As well as vendor recommendations + connecting you with them, tips for weather conditions, and advising you on how to be best prepared for your day.

5. Free rescheduling due to inclement weather conditions, illness, or family emergencies.

6. I’m an avid hiker and am prepared for ANY adventure! With 50 summits under my belt last year, I’m game for anything short of Everest.

7. I don’t suck to hang with?! I like to think that spending a day with me basically glued to your hip doesn’t blow because I’m a cool person. Sometimes I make unhinged jokes because when the world was creating me they must have left out the filter between brain and mouth. I’m a firm believer that professionalism doesn’t have to exclude being fun and joking around. I take my art seriously… but not much else. You’ll get luxury images without having a stick-in-the-mud photographer. I take being unserious pretty seriously.
