I focus on capturing hilarious/inexplicable candid moments of you & your loved ones to laugh at later but balancing it with gorgeous & dramatic couple’s portraits. Your gallery will be larger than life, full of spirit, jam-packed with non-forced smiles, and shine a light on what your love looks like with heavy customization for how I cover your day. Promise.

How I cover/present your day:

Photography style that doesn’t fit in a box or stick to the norm- because people shouldn’t either. Each gallery is curated & customized to be the perfect reflection of your special type of weird, right down to the style of edit. I focus on catching candid moments but offer gentle guidance, posing, & prompts when needed. I’ve been known to orchestrate candid moments & to nudge guests into REALLY hamming it up for the camera. I balance this with surreal, dramatic, and artistic photos so you can get the best of both worlds.

My main mission is to make sure that you’re having fun and enjoying our photo adventure. If you aren’t laughing your ass off- I’m not doing my job. (Actually just a standup comedian who picked up a camera instead of a microphone and just rolled with it…)

Who I fit with best:

Chill yet adventurous couples who love nature, the wild world, and having fun. People who may not fit in the box that is ‘traditional.’ People who proudly wear their weirdness on their sleeve, who DON’T want dull traditional posing because they also think that they give off a ‘mugshot’ vibe. I take a photojournalistic approach to catch all of the quiet quirks & candid moments that pass by quickly, especially during the reception when everyone’s personalities really shine (AKA your friends are drunk/rowdy/letting their personalities shine.)

I am a huge advocate of personalizing your elopement, which means we work together to plan the day around sprinkling in those “must see” and “must do” locations and activities. Whether that means hiking, biking, hopping on a canoe/paddleboard, climbing a frozen waterfall, booking a heli tour, or even just stopping in for an ice cream cone… Let’s make the day YOURS.
